JR Noble Development Group focuses on real estate development and property investment. We concentrate on commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate development and other productive business processes — including the renovation and lease/re-lease of existing buildings plus the purchase of raw land and ground-up projects as well as the sale of developed land. Our foundation of experience in the commercial construction industry delivers one of our many competitive advantages within the industry, given the complexities and nuances involved in commercial construction and property development.

JR Noble is actively focused on the following development projects:

  • Egg Harbor Township, NJ: Development and planning for a 55+ community property including residences of varying layouts and part of a larger mixed-use town center to serve future residents as well as the nearby community.
  • Montgomery County, PA: Planning and development of new, urban 5-story, multi-use Sports, Retail and Gathering Complex. Nearly 70,000 SF multi-purpose development that will serve as an all-inclusive indoor sports facility, activity center and event hall. The new complex will provide stimulus to the local community by providing new jobs and a destination location for the surrounding counties.
  • Key West, FL: Eagle Avenue property acquired on spec for property development in Key West, covering nearly 5,000 SF of livable space.
  • Montgomery County, PA: Multi-use property development in Montgomery County of apartment complex including 30+ units in addition to a street-level commercial space.

JR Nobile is an established real estate investment, property development, and management firm based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The company is comprised of our highly-qualified team of experienced professionals that handle all aspects of acquisition, entitlement, project and construction management, asset management, leasing, accounting and investor reporting.

JOHN TAHTABROUNIAN
Principal

Mr. Tahtabrounian formed JR Noble Development Group in order to expand into the real estate investment and property development industries. Leveraging his vast experience of over 22 years in the commercial construction industry, JR Noble is focused on real estate and investment property opportunities across the Northeast region and as far south as Florida. Prior to JR Noble, Mr. Tahtabrounian built his commercial construction firm, Oliver Construction Incorporated (OCI) from the ground up, growing it into a highly respected construction and general contracting firms in the region. His previous positions focused on national sales experience and high-level project management.

 

Mr. Tahtabrounian focuses on JR Noble investments along with project management, business development, and strategic planning. He is licensed to do commercial construction business in the state of Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
