JR Noble is planning the contruction of a multi-use property development in Montgomery County including apartment complex with 30-40 units in addition to a street-level commercial/retail space. Total usable space to be developed is approximately 80,000 SF. The complex will include ground floor commercial/retail space that JR Noble will build to suit future residents.
